ZIUR Fundazioa, the Advanced Center for Industrial Cybersecurity in Gipuzkoa, whose objective is to strengthen and develop the cybersecurity capabilities of industrial companies in the Historical Territory, has identified the need to develop a project to definitively boost the adaptation of industrial product cybersecurity to these regulations. This initiative, which has been carried out through various previous projects, has provided information on the legislative and regulatory obligations of Gipuzkoa companies and their current level of cybersecurity maturity.

The acceleration program promoted by ZIUR Fundazioa is a free advisory and diagnostic service open to Gipuzkoa SMEs. This service allows them to preliminarily identify the regulatory requirements applicable to their products and connected devices, enabling them to be competitive in both the European and international markets. It also provides them with sufficient information to independently begin the corresponding product certification process.

The following requirements apply to companies participating in the Acceleration Program:

1. They must be small or medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) belonging to the industrial sector, with their registered office in the Historical Territory of Gipuzkoa.
2. All companies whose products comply with Regulation (EU) 2024/2847 CRA, UNECE 155, or the MDR may participate until the program budget is exhausted.
3. Only one connected product or device per company will be considered.
